No, they are different.
After deleting the data from the [Coding] Page (or [Coding Pool], [Quality Monitoring]), the data is moved to the [Recycle Bin].
After deleting the data from the [Coding Test] Page (or [Pretest Pool]), the data is simply deleted from the [Pretest Pool], the original data is still in the [Coding Pool].
