Please download the category template and check whether the format of the uploaded codebook file is correct.
The uploaded TXT format file needs to be encoded with the “UTF-8” setting. If not, please use [save as] to save the category list file in that format. You can do this by first entering the file name, then select “UTF-8” in the [Encoding (E)] section, and save it.
